Committee of Adjustment

Purpose

The City of Quinte West Committee of Adjustment is appointed by City Council and is a quasi-judicial body delegated the authority for granting Consents (severances) and Minor Variances. The Committee consists of one (1) Member of Council and four (4) members of the public (one from each Ward).

Committee Meetings

Regular Committee meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month (except January).
