The City of Quinte West Human Resources Department is responsible for organization-wide training and development, labour relations, recruitment, performance management, succession development, and wellness and safety. In addition, the Human Resources Department collaborates with the Chief Administrative Officer and City Council/Committees on all legislation impacting the municipality, provides leadership in negotiating agreements, and ensures that employee-management relationships are effectively implemented and maintained.
