PRISM Verification
Under the PRISM Verification process, the PRISM emergency notification system calls everyone in our PRISM telephone database to confirm that our information is up to date and accurate. All residents of Quinte West should receive a PRISM Verification call once a year in February/March.
This process will occur between 6:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Please follow the verification process as prompted by the system when you receive your PRISM verification call. If you want to quickly confirm that your information is correct, just press the #1 button twice when requested and your call will be completed.
During the first PRISM Verification process, the public verified over 76% of the City's PRISM database.
If you have not received a PRISM verification call, you may not be in our system and you should contact the City at (613)-392-2841, ext. 4545 to leave a message for our staff.
