PRISM 911 "QWik" Check

As part of our ongoing effort to keep our residents informed and safe, we are now offering the ability to confirm that your phone number is in our PRISM system.

The City of Quinte West runs PRISM Verification campaigns October to November between the hours of 6pm and 9pm for any numbers that has not been confirmed within the last 6 months.   This new feature only processes phone number inquiries (not name and/or address) and will only confirm if your phone number is in the City's PRISM system along with when your phone number was last verified by the City's PRISM Verification process.

We accept changes or updates to our resident's information all year round from our PRISM form or our phone mailbox at 613-392-2841 ext 4545.

Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, C.M.56, S.28 and will be used only for the delivery of emergency notifications and confirmation purposes.

PRISM-911 is a community emergency notification application that was developed by the City of Quinte West GIS/IT Department. This is the first known Canadian-made application of its kind and was officially launched on March 4, 2008. 

PRISM-911 is NOT Reverse-911®. Reverse-911® is an American emergency notification application owned and operated by a company of the same name. Although the press and public sometimes mistakenly refer to PRISM-911 as Reverse-911®, that is an error and the City of Quinte West regrets this common reference.
