HUMAN RESOURCES
The Manager of Human Resources administers the Human Resources Department including overseeing organizational-wide training and development, labour relations, recruitment, performance management, succession planning, payroll, compensation and benefits and wellness and safety. The Manager advises the Chief Administrative Officer/City Clerk and Council on all legislation which impacts the municipality. The Manager provides leadership in negotiating agreements and ensuring
that employee-management relationships are effectively instituted and maintained.
