COUNCIL MEETINGS
Location: Quinte West City Hall, 7 Creswell Drive
Time: 6:00 pm (in camera)
6:30 pm (public session)
Meetings will begin at 6:00 (In Camera) and 6:30 for public session in the Quinte West City Hall Council Chambers, 7 Creswell Drive unless otherwise notified.
TVCogeco will broadcast meetings on the day following the Council meeting at 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
NOTE: These dates are for REGULAR Council meetings. Special meetings of Council may be called as the need arises.

If
You Would Like to Attend Council as a Delegation:
- submit request in writing
- clearly state topic of discussion
- include written text of presentation (& background info, if any)
- include contact information( name, phone/fax/e-mail)
- time limit of 10 minutes per delegation
- limit of 5 delegations per meeting
- provide to Clerk’s office by Monday noon, one week prior to meeting
- when information is received, staff will confirm delegation status
- if you have not received confirmation by the Tuesday prior to the meeting, please contact the Clerk’s Department
